There
are two types of Doula Support
Labor and Postpartum. We provide both of these as we feel that every mother
needs help before and after her birth.
Labor support is prenatal and of course support during the birth.
Postpartum is support for after you have your baby.

We
wanted to let you know about a new service we
are offering to you and your clients.
It’s called Immediate postpartum Doula.
They are doulas or midwives that
are called in after a birth, who are trained in
immediate postpartum care.
They can stay up to 8 hours after the birth to observe both
mother and baby for complications, make a meal, and help with
breastfeeding.
This service can be helpful for any new mother but we feel in
can be particularly helpful to those moms who have had long,
hard, or complicated labors or births at home.
This allows the family
to go home to rest, and still have care there with the
family.
They can also provide reassurance by answering questions
after the couple has been able to sleep on anything from is this
amount of bleeding ok to is the baby suppose to nurse this long.
We hope we can be of service to you in the near
future.
